1. Permitted use
Use the platform for legitimate website visibility, SEO, content, research, reporting and growth workflows for properties and data you are authorized to use.
2. Prohibited activity
- Unauthorized access, credential theft or attempts to bypass authentication.
- Malware, malicious payloads, destructive automation or service disruption.
- Abuse of public search services or attempts to evade reasonable technical controls.
- Unlawful scraping or collection of information where prohibited by law or the source’s applicable restrictions.
- Spam, fraud, impersonation, infringement or other unlawful activity.
- Sharing API secrets, passwords or payment credentials in ordinary scan/support fields.
- Bypassing website, scan, AI or team limits.
3. Website authorization
Only connect websites you control or are authorized to assess. SEARCH does not grant permission to crawl private or restricted areas.
4. Enforcement
The operator may throttle, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, customers or third parties, subject to applicable law and the Terms of Service.
5. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse or security issues to Contact email not configured with enough context to investigate. Do not include secrets in the report.
