Reports & History

Keep completed runs as your before/after evidence record.

1. Quick Start

Open Websites and add the real website URL, business name, industry, city and country. Confirm the active website limit for your plan. Open Real AI Scan and start a scan. The lifecycle runs in the background through crawl, search, evidence, intelligence, score and action stages. Wait for completion before interpreting the report.

2. Free Web Evidence

Free Core uses public-web evidence without requiring a paid AI API. Review the query count, pages crawled and actual result evidence. A zero result should be investigated in context; it is not automatically proof that a brand has no visibility.

3. AI Ranking / Visibility

Open AI Providers when you need provider-dependent AI analysis. Use your own supported provider credentials. Check API Usage and the completed AI results. Search-grounded providers may expose observable citations; model-only providers can provide response intelligence without proving consumer search rank.

4. Problems → Actions → Growth

Use Problems to identify the highest-impact issues. Use Actions to choose practical improvements. After implementation, re-scan and compare. The value is not the score alone; it is the repeatable learning loop.

5. Proof checklist

Use a reachable website; confirm crawl completion; inspect query and result counts; inspect brand and first-party evidence; save the baseline; make a specific change; run a comparable scan; confirm provider queries completed when using AI Ranking; retain the report/history.

6. Troubleshooting

If a scan says another scan is already running, wait for the active job or cancel it when appropriate. If AI Search reports quota or API errors, verify the provider key, quota and billing state. Provider errors are not visibility scores.
